Last week's reading/writing workshop on inferencing was highly successful!!! I'm so proud of these students. They did a great job on their assessment piece. Woohoo!!
This week, we are doing compare/contrast workshop. Students are learning to compare and contrast two passages and write about those similarities and differences. They are also learning key words that are clues for comparing and contrasting. Here are this week's assignments: Monday: Civilization Guideline Questions for Government and Religion Tuesday: Workshop- Google Classroom Practice Games; Casey at the Bat Wednesday: Workshop - Finding keys in the text- Lions vs. Tigers Thursday: Workshop - Monster Match Up Writing Activity Friday: 1/2 Day; Compare/Contrast Assessment Part 1 Have a great weekend!!!
