Monday: No School Tuesday: Snow Day Wednesday: Snow Day Thursday: Review Scholastic News “Showdown in Selma”; Review “Seasons on the Prairie” Friday: Unit 4 pre-formative assessment LOOKING AHEAD: Students will be completing a heritage project this unit. Guidelines and scoring guide to come soon. I hope you all enjoyed the beautiful weekend weather. It just seems so much like Spring. The students are getting "spring fever" early this year. Monday: Summative Test Tuesday: “Killer Storms” and “He Survived” paired texts; “Walking the Amazon” Wednesday: “Seasons on the Prairie” paired texts; Google Classroom (SN-Feb. 9, 2015) Thursday: Pre-formative Unit 4 Friday: Reference Materials notes and group activity; Reference materials w/s DON'T FORGET- SNOW MAKE UP ON FRIDAY> NO SCHOOL MONDAY Greetings! Hopefully, everyone had a great weekend. We are finishing up Unit 3 and getting ready to begin Unit 4. I am so excited about that unit! The students have a big project and it is so much fun!

Please make sure that students have rest. It might be a good idea to send a water bottle to school with them. Reminder: No school February 13, 2015 Valentine grams being sold next week.
